This policy explains how Kenko ("we," "us," "the Service"), operated by kenkodoc.com, uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local/session storage) when you use the Service.
These are needed to make the Service function, not to track, profile, or advertise to you, and are used with no consent banner required:
The marketing site (kenkodoc.com) uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand traffic — how many people visit, which pages they read, and which channels (search, direct, referral) bring them here. It is not used inside the logged-in application (app.kenkodoc.com), and it is not used to build advertising profiles or shared with ad networks.
Google Analytics sets cookies such as _ga and
_ga_<container-id> to distinguish visitors,
typically expiring after 13-24 months. IP addresses are anonymized
before being processed. See
Google's Analytics cookie usage
for details on how Google itself handles this data.
A cookie consent banner appears on first visit to the marketing site. Analytics cookies are only set if you click "Accept" — clicking "Decline" (or closing the banner without choosing) means no Google Analytics script loads and no analytics cookies are set for you.
You can change your analytics consent choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for kenkodoc.com (which resets the banner to ask again), or by using your browser's cookie settings directly. Disabling the strictly-necessary authentication cookies described in Section 1 will simply sign you out of the application and require you to log in again each visit.
We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever our use of cookies or similar technologies changes, particularly if we add any advertising or other non-essential tracking tools beyond analytics.
